Failure to provide requested documents within 7 business days may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawals.
ink709 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of our platform. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. If you deposit funds but do not place any bets (or place only minimal bets relative to your deposit), we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount to cover processing costs. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ink709.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ink709 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
